I am a Real Estate Salesperson (property agent) based in Singapore with an honours degree from the National University of Singapore.

I have handled numerous real estate sales and rentals in Singapore (since 2007) and in Hong Kong (2011 to 2015).

I am fluent in English, Pu Tong Hua, and Cantonese. Therefore, I am able to provide great services to both the English and Chinese speaking communities.

Working in different countries has provided me with the opportunity to gain a better and deeper understanding of the different nationalities and cultures. Hence, I am able to understand and provide better services for my clients.

   • Take professional looking photos, video tour and 360 degree virtual tour for your property
   • Advertise your property via the various applicable advertising mediums
   • Advise you in preparing your property for viewing
   • Show your property to prospective buyers/tenants
   • Provide marketing reports to update you on the marketing progress
6. Analyse and review your asking price regularly.
7. Keep you updated before or soon after showing your property. Provide you with feedback after each and every viewing.
8. Assist and explain to you all the paperwork required for your transaction.
